With a massive 6 pounds of hops ber barrel, this beer is every hop lover’s dream. Clean, medium sweetness and very drinkable for an 8.5% abv beer. Light orange copper color with some dry hop haze. 7 different hop varieties make for a very complex flavor with citrus, pine, tropical fruit and stone fruit.

12oz bottle pours with a clear copper body that has thin gold hued edges and supports a thin near white head. The modest aroma offers up grassy vegetal notes and some sweet maltiness. The taste delivers a pleasing blend of soft flavor hops and a moderate degree of bitter hoppiness. I get grassy hop bitterness, floral hops and a near neutral citrusy juicy hoppiness. There is hardly any sense of the abv. Pretty easy going DIPA.

12 ounce bottle thanks to Craigers. Pours a clear orange color with a medium white head. A big fresh fruity orange nose. The flavor is very fruity citrus hop notes, resin, a bit green and bitter. Some light herbal tea. Very forward and big. Not quite achieving that balance and drinkability of the best IIPAs, but very promising from a new brewery, in Midvale!

Rating #6,000. 12oz bottle picked up at the brewery
Pours cloudy golden with a medium sized off-white head, some lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, pine resin and fruity. Taste is dank, pine resin, fruity and citrus peel
Nice and smooth. Lots of hop bitterness but still very drinkable.
