Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a hop hazed copper body that has some golden hues and supports a near white head of foam leaving behind some spotty lacing. The modest aroma offers up sweet malts, pineapple and apricot. Nice. The taste delivers smoothness for a moment before various bitter and juicy hops hit. I get a bit of lightly roasted malts, pineapple, earthy bitter grassiness and then a pleasing blend of mango, apricot and peach. This all comes together to provide a pleasing deep varied hoppy experience.
