Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy amber with an off-white head. Some rotten fruit in the nose and distinct honey coming through. Rich body, sweet brown sugars but also an odd tartness. Quite odd but kinda grows on you after a not entirely pleasant start! Some late warming alcohol. 091213

A fruity bitterness with a creamy mouthfeel. Color is golden with a white head.

Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2013 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark.Unclear matt medium orange amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, caramel, moderate yeasty, earthy. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, yeasty, earthy - honey. IMO abit messy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130524]

Bottle, DØE Øllets dag @ Bdr. Schmidt, Viby Centeret. Pours hazy dark golden with a light brown head. Aroma of malt, caramel, berries. Flavor is malt, fruity, honey, berries. Medium body, soft carbonation. 070913

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is honey, wood, earth and some cellary notes. Flavour is fruity, floral and also has some nice nectary and yeasty notes to it. Interesting and rather fresh brew.

DØE.Hazy dark amber with off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, dusty, yeast and hop. Flavour is malt, caramel, yeast, dark fruit, medium sweet, berries, nut and a little bitter.

Draught at ØK 13. Dark orange coloured body, missing head. Nutty malts and herbal hoppy nose. Malt-fruity taste of caramel, honey and dried fruits. Smooth bittersweet finish. A bit heavy to drink. Satisfying (Copenhagen, 24.05.2013).

Sample @ DØE. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are fruits, flowers, nuts, caramel, malt, soap and hops.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with an orangey head. The aroma has notes of hops, honey, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, honey, and straw, leading to a dry finish where the honey note lingers.
