Father’s Day lunch at Otsega. Clear pour few bubbles. Nose is rich Appel. Tastes of fresh apples, some grass, wood. Crisp and fruity finish. Medium dry. Quite nice stuff

From the brewery pours out a crisp clear dish water color. Nose is sweet apples some spice and a little bit of honey. Taste is more of the nice apples spice a sweet dry and tart note along with the nice well-balanced honey presents.
