This is a pale lager of pilsener type. The old brewery in Karlshamn (production ended 1955) had a "mellan öl" (similar to mild in ABV) of pilsener type. This is our attempt to create a replica of that beer but brewed with modern malt and a modern brew process.

It's a thirst quencher for that warm summer day. It has a long lasting mild bitterness from the Czech hops.

Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in May 2013. Almost clear golden with a fairly large white head. Aroma and taste of hay, some malt and light fruit. Soft and easy to drink. A descent one.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - grass. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 280613

Bottle. Slightly hazy yellow with tiny white head. Aroma is malt, fruit and hop. Flavour is malt, fruit, hop, little grass, little grainy and a little bitter.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy golden with rich, firm head. Rich aroma of grass andn hay, notes of Earl Grey Tea. Dry and crisp with ligh body. Salted bread covered in hay-like hops. Marked bitter finish. A well made, refrshing and tasty pilsener!

330ml Bottle - Golden with a small white head. Lenon, lime and malt in the aroma. Crisp and malty taste with lemon, grass and grain detected. Refreshing.
