Our Calamansi berliner weisse is bright, crisp and totally sour – Finely aged with Calamansi lemons to deliver an ultra tart "sour orange" or "sweet lemon" taste bud busting flavor.

Fun fact: Canatuan is a mine located in the Philippines near where Calamansi fruit is grown. Calamansi fruit is native to the Philippines and resembles a mix of lemon and lime.

Draft at the brewery. Pours clear dark golden color with white head. Aromas of lemon and orange. Sour lime flavor with some orange peel and wheat. Light to medium body with lively carbonation.

On tap-still-yellow/pale yellow. A-citrus-lemon, tart. T-citrus-lemon, tart, some wheat.

Tap at brewery. Light pour big citrus pour. Bright crisp and flora wheat nose. Lots of lemony wheat flavor. Quite tart pretty good.
