This beer is inspired by all our favourite things about British and German brewing. It’s brewed with a combination of toasted, caramelised barley malts which give the beer its signature character. Backed up by a hoppy bitterness and a dry finish.

Keg at Shirkers Rwst, New Cross. Opaque dark amber. Thick foamy off-white head. Aroma has berries, dark malts and a yeastie underlying sweetness. Flavourwise it has a tangy berries edge over biter grains. Sweet hints. Chewy ryendough malta. Spice. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Characterful Vienna Lager. Nice.
