Jet black with a tan head. Aroma of maple wood. Flavour is sticky warm jam, maple and plums. Roast malt, dark chocolate sweet maple wood warm finish.

Can sample at a tasting at Lior D's place. Thanks Tom L. Black, lovely creamy brown head. Roast, coffee, maple, caramel, a bit of dark fruits, licorice note, sweet, some chocolate, a bit umami, a bit of alcohol, bitter finish, a bit of ash, rather full-bodied.
