Rustic-style lager brewed with Spelt, which adds an earthy note to the beer. Some orange and spice coming through from the Mandarina Bavaria hops. Some haze from the malt base of Spelt & Oats, and a very satisfying mouthfeel for a beer of this ABV.

Clean gold with a short head. Aroma of grainy hop. Flavour is lemon grain, spelt and malt. Fruity hop finish.

Tap at fidelity bar Dublin. A almost clear pale gold yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is rustic, cereal, grass, light fennel, spicy hop. Flavour is composed of crisp, light cereal, lemon rind, light cereal, rustic bread, earthy grains. Palate is crisp, light grainy, moderate carbonation moderate carbonation. Good.
