Draft. A black beer with a dark brown head. Thebaroma has notes of coffee and hazelnuts. The flavor is sweet with coffee and hazelnuts, leading to a dry roasted finish.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade 8BC, kld., DK-1655 Copenhagen, Denmark.Clear dark black brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, nutty - hazelnuts, warm - burnt hazelnuts, nutella, burnt hazelnuts. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, burnt hazelnuts, milk chocolate. Body is medium o full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130523]

Draft @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty hazelnut aroma with hints of chocolate. Roasted malty hazelnut chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty hazelnut and chocolate finish.

Draught@Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pitch black colour, not much head. Aroma is nutty, mild roasted malts, some toffee, chocolate and mild coffee as well. Brilliant! Flavour is very similar, nutty and chocolaty with some toffee, leather and roasted notes kicking in. Beautifully balanced. This was probably my favourite beer over the 3,5 hectic days in Copenhagen during the CPH BF 2013.

Tap @ Mikkeller, Viktoriagade. Black with tiny beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate and strong nut. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, strong nut, caramel, Hazelnut, medium sweet, little liquorice with notes of alcohol.

Tap @ Mikkeller, Viktoriagade. Black with a small light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, heavy hazelnut and alcohol. Flavor is very sweet and rather bitter. Dry and roasted rather bitter finish with warming alcohol. 230513

From tap. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is toffee and caramelish. Bitter, liqourice and roasted malty. Toffee, vanilla, chocolate and bitter. Roasted malty.
