Bottle at William IV. Pale blond, not so much head. Aroma is sour and lemony, quite gueuze like. Impressive. Taste is decent enough, is this the same as the London Sour? Lemon again, not so much else, but decent. Maybe a bit creamy. Very easy drinking. Solid but bit unexciting.

Bottle, from Cotteridge Wines, consumed at home 15/09/13. Lightly obscured pale golden with a moderate to thin white head. Nose is lemon rind, tarte grapes, earthy, mineral notes, light sugar, damp straw. Taste comprises tarte grape skins, lemon rind, damp grass and straw, farmy earthy notes, big mineral bite. Light in body, quite watery and thin, prickly carbonation. Ok Berliner Weisse, refreshing enough but not top draw.

Bottle 330ml.[ Trade by madmitch76 ]. Clear light to medium yellow colour with fizzy - virtually none, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate wheat, light earthy, light tart, odd fruity - but not milky or citrus tart as normal berliner weisse. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, yeasty, baking yeast, odd fruity. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. This is odd !! [20130629]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden with stringy yeast buggers in the bottom. Aroma and taste are sour malt, vinegar, yeast, yoghurt and little cheese. Disappointing.
