Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2013 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark.Clear medium to dark red amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, burnt caramel, burnt sugar. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, burnt malt - caramel, malt extract. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130525]

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, caramelly, mildly floral and grassy notes as well. Flavour is fruity, floral, mild spices as well as some toffee. Balanced and good body.
