Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold, clear, with a nice fluffy head of white foam, medium grained. Aroma is cereal, floral, honey. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderately bitter. Final is average.

Bottle. Bright yellow color light haze, fine white head lacing. Ale-y smell upfront, some bready malts with lots of belgian-style hops and yeasts on a fruity tone, in the likes of deRake XX bitter. Taste is dry, balanced, citrusy. Medium body, juicy, texture a bit oily and dusty, Finish dry, citrusy, perfumed.
