Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours golden, transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is hoppy, resinous. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium bitter, even with some nice persistence in the final.

opalescent orange colour, huge, dense ecru-ish head; aroma of grapefruity, orange juicy, some earthy, barnyard, acetic and citric acidy notes; taste is similar to the aroma; I am hesitant to conclude that this beer intentionally has this wild-beer character - probably not

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per il luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta ed è persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di aspetto cristallino. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente arancio. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e di persistenza buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Il tetto della bocca riconosce note di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, un resinoso quasi balsamico, erba e pompelmo rosa.
