Bottle from Conad as bio pale ale, same barcode. Hazy red-copper color big offwhite to brownish head. Smells grainy and sirupy. Flavor of roasted malts, lots of cereal, grass, dark bread, sourmash, candy fruit, earth, wood. Some piney and citrus notes on te hops side, hints of spices, yeast. Dusty texture, average carbonation, light salty. Sugary taste at first, balanced by moderate bitterness. Finish is juicy, malty. Quite raw, earthy, a bit unrefined take on english style ales, packing a lot of different flavors on it

50cl bottle. Pours red/brown, transparent, with moderate whitish foam, fine. Aroma is malty and caramel. Body is average, with limited carbonation. Taste is quite sweet, with low bitterness. A little dull. Final is average. Overall, not bad, but as a scotch ale, definitely not a pale ale.
