Bottiglia. Territorio olfattivo dominato da caffè e cioccolato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, cioccolato, caffè e frutta secca.

33cl bottle. Pours almost black, looking like Coke, with limited brown foam, very fine. Aroma is coffee, malty, a little liquor like. Body is kind of thin, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, from roastiness. Final is fairly long and roasty.

33cl bottle from tosano. Pours cocacola black color with a tan head, fine, short persistence. Flavors of burnt malt, light peat-smoke, a bit of caramel, earth, minerals. Light sweet chocolate, hints of orange. Almost no bitterness, light body, soft carbonation, watery texture. finish is mild dry, with moderate alcohol presence with a leftover of earth.

Bottle, 0.33l. Murky dark brown color with thin quickly diminishing light brown head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of roasted malt, licorice, cocoa and orange peel. Taste starts with medium sweet roasted malt, following is coffeeish and mild fruity, mouthfeel is rather dry, while finish is light bitter. Light body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate.
