Upfront some soapy tones with citrus and lavender, light american hops. Aroma of wet breat, lots of stra and foliage, citrus peel. I dropped in all the yeast but came out quite muddy in the aftertaste. Taste is mild bitter, a bit muddy, maybe due the de-glutenization process? Simple, refreshing, ok.
