Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a crystal clear deep gold body that supports a nice dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up a thin blend of grapefruit and onion dankness. The taste delivers bitter onion dankness that flows into a bit of juicy and bitter grapefruit. Solid. To midway it picks up a bit of cracker and a faint sense of lagery yeast. Nice. Crushable.
