Cask (gravity) @ Cambridge Winter Ale Festival 2013, at the University Social Club, Mill Lane, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England CB2 1RX.Light unclear medium to dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, spicy - fruit. orange. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity sweet, peppery notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130119]
