The aroma offers up caramel malts, a bit of dark roasted malts and then molasses and malt sweetness leading to plum and date like fruity esters. The taste delivers roasted malts, some chocolate, a bit of caramel malts and some sweet dark fruity esters. Pretty nice stuff with mild lagery yeasty esters heading into the finish.
