Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear copper body that supports a nice mildly creamy light tan head of foam that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The aroma offers up citrus, a bit of pine hops and then a mild sense of tropical fruitiness. The taste delivers a moderate level of spicy hops, a spicy rye sort of twang, bitter grapefruit and then a thin river of sweet citrus hop flavor. This is hitting the spot. Crushable.
