Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits murky dark fudge looking body that supports a thin tan head. The aroma offers up mostly raspberry followed by thin layers of chocolate and dark roasted malts. Nice. The taste delivers loads of rich deep flavor with raspberry mixed with chocolate and dark roasted malts. Wow! It tries to become too sweet but it doesn't, somehow. Dessert beer. Tastes like a raspberry chocolate cake. Cool brew.
