Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a near clear gold body that supports a thin bright white head of foam. The aroma offers up faint wheat, a white wine sensation and then a thin berry note. The taste delivers refreshing and restrained tartness that's a little acidic and also berry tannin like. It creates a spot on level of saltiness flowing into a pleasing yet timid wheat note. Pretty solid gose.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a near clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of earthy wheat and slightly tart yuzu with a touch of yogurt underlying. Flavor combines wheat and yogurt with a growing tart yuzu presence.
