The aroma offers up apple, pear, plum, ginger, a dash of cinnamon and some saison spices. The taste delivers lots of sweet pear, apple and white grape fruitiness. It gets intothe winter spices and saison notesto midway. The flavors create a jolly roger candy sensation from time to time. Pretty nice holiday brew.
