Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear copper gold body that supports a light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up mild soft fruity ester and citrus notes moving into floral and some malts. The taste delivers thin crystal malt fruity ester sweetness as well as floral hop bitterness and a blunted pine and grassy bitterness. Not sure I've had Simcoe like this before.
