Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear gold body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up pine hops twisted around some malt nuanced grapefruit. The taste delivers malts, some well integrated pine hops and then cantaloupe and cantaloupe sweetened bitter grapefruit. Oh. This works with a pleasing punchy hop bitterness grounded nicely in the thin base malts and fruity hoppiness. Nice.
