A simple, yet effective malt base provides a backbone upon which New Zealand Motueka hops are generuosly added to create a beer full of lemon, lime and peach flavours.

Bottle courtesy of Baz, consumed at Eardisley, Herefordshire Friday 8th November 2013 Pours gold, good clarity. Initial impressions are sweet, fruity, not as hoppy as I would like however its very pleasant. Quite a good beer though I start to tire of it after a while. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Hazy darkish amber beer. Tidy pale cream coloured head. Palate is dry and a little crisp. Creamy dry malt. Nice orangey hops, whisper of lime. Minerals. Dry finish. Not bad but a bit too dry.

Cask-conditioned at the North Yorkshire beeriodical, the Seven Stars, Bristol 13/12/2012. Golden with a slight white head. Hoppy aroma, with some grapefruit, tangerine and a grassy edge. Flavour had plenty more tropical fruit and solid, balancing malts, before a dryish finish. Good.

Aroma: Earthy, musty candy sweetness and some citrus. I agree with BeerCast_Rich that there’s a pot pourri quality to it.
Appearance: Cloudy, golden body with a medium white head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing.
Taste: Light caramel with soft lemony notes. A little bit grassy and earthy. Lingering, bitter finish.
Palate: Thin to medium body with a slightly oily texture. Average carbonation.
Overall: An interesting hop combination that works pretty well. This is a decent golden ale.
