50cl bottle thanks to unstablefable. Pours a lovely orangey-gold with a small but attractive lace. The nose is very intriguing - caramel, probably strawberry jam, campino sweets, then a biscuit backbone. The taste is highland toffee, ginger biscuits and nutty. The palate is medium bodied and has a tangy texture with a long tangy finish. Overall, a sweety nose that turns into a bitter on the taste - well made.

Cask at the Euston Tap, London. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a fine, filmy white foam. Nice aroma, lots of fresh lemon and other citrus, and light doughy malts. Light to medium sweet flavor with some dried lemon, dough, hay, mild grass and floral hops. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Lightly sweet to finish, lightly dry with crisp and crunchy straw, mild lemon and orange, slight citrus peel, just a hint of toasted grass. Very solid golden ale.
