33 cl bottle. Explosive carbonation, warning! Big foam mahyem, hazed yellow color. Smell of ginger, wine, lacquer varnish. Aroma of white wine and grapes, lemon zest, citrus, ancient lacquered wood, roots, grappa, alcohol, aged cheese, spices. Medium body, watery texture, strong carbonation. Sour taste, light sweetness, some bitterness. Malts comes back up in the finish. Mild dry, ligh alcoholic, yeasty-spiced finish, lightly sticky. Quite complex, but aggressive. Better than the other 1516 barrique.
