Aroma is wheat with spices, coriander and bitter orange peel, yeast is all around but not intrusive, rather wrapping. Proper hoppy backend, refreshing and pleasantly bitter. Soft and fluffy mouthfeel, almost creamy with a dusty thing, proper carbonation. Finish is dry and slightly sour. Fresh, perfumed and more bodied than hoegaarden. A perfect wit, well balanced and enjoyable.
