Fur Summer Ale is a top-fermented American Pale Ale.

The aroma is well-balanced with hints of hops and citrus and a base of roasted malt. The taste is aromatic and fruity with a full, bitter-fresh, rounded finish of hops. Fur Summer Ale is brewed with three different malt types and Cascade hops.

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is mild salty notes along with some metallic and grainy notes. Flavour is grassy and some bready malts.

Copenhagen Beer Festival, May 2012. Amber with a creamy and lasting off-white head. Toffee malty aroma with a mild fruity touch, and some diacetyl. (Too) Sweet malty flavour with a fruity and herbal touch and a decent bitter finish

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2012. Pours clear amber with a small white head. Quite a lot of diacetyl. Fruit and lots of dust. Craply brewed!

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a huge white head. Aroma is butterish ans toasted malty. Light fruity hoppy. Smooth, bitter and light toasted into the finish.

Caramelly aroma, hint of butter. Clear light amber colour. No head. The flavour has caramelly hops, some grassy notes, hint of butter. OK bitterness, a little sharp.

clear brown, smooth large white head. Aroma is buttery, sweet malty, faint flowery,flavor is butter, nice hoppy flavor, mild bitterness, was it not for the butter, this would be a great beer

On tap. Pours a clear amber with a small off-white head. Thick, greasy diacetyl aroma. Medium body, a little sweet caramel, heavy carbonation, odd skewed hoppiness - as in old hops. Absolutely no aromatic character from the hops, just a tired old bitterness. 110512

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - flowers and grass. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 200711

Draught. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate. Not impressed.
