Dit verwarmende, robuuste seizoensbier heeft naast zoetheid ook bitterheid. De combinatie van zoet- en bitterheid geeft deze Bok zijn eigen karakter. We ontwikkelde de smaak van deze Bok met een online proefpanel vanuit het hele land. Tot de laatste slok verrassend. Onze graansilo kent een rijke geschiedenis. Al in 1890 werd hier gerst en tarwe verhandeld. Die graansoorten zitten ook in deze Bok.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, copper-ish, brown colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Sweet-ish, dark and caramel malty aroma, hints of malt lozenge, a touch of cola, toasted nuts. Taste is bitter hoppy and toasty, dark malty, slightly caramel malty, subtle sweetness, hints of toasted nuts, caramel, cola, a touch of malt lozenge, fruity hoppy overtones with a touch of mandarine and orange; in combination with the cola flavours finally slight Mezzo Mix character. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Clean, homogeneous - nice.
