Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is heavy on the coffee with molasses, syrup, roasted malt, mocha, chocolate, vanilla, sugar. Flavour is quite sweet and sugary , a bit too much for me. Body is incredibly thick and creamy. Too bad about the sugary overload.

350ml can. Jet black colour with late awakening, average, thick, dense, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, brown head. Sweet-ish, chocolately, minimally roasty, dark malty aroma, notes of milk chocolate, dark chocolate, chocolate cookies, hints of coffee, a touch of vanilla. Taste is sweet-ish, roasty, chocolately, dark malty, notes of coffee, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, some liquorice, dark caramel, treacle, hints of chocolate cookies, a touch of vanilla, dark honey, fruity overtones with a touch of blueberry, plum butter, cherry jam. Creamy, viscous texture, super soft, smooth, silky, minimally cloying palate, fine, soft, creamy carbonation. Manifold, rich and complex, simultaneously very homogeneous, harmonious, very well crafted, excellent mouthfeel - fantastic!
