Sunday's are for brewing. For our Sunday Sessions, we like to brew whatever comes to mind in a very, very limited edition. This Belgian style ale is soaked with oak and rum, making it a bit wicked.

330ml bottle [#8/36]. Cloudy, amber colour with average, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Yeasty fruity and minimally woody aroma, notes of red apple, yellow apple, a touch of oak and rum, whiffs of yellow stone fruit. Taste is dry, tart-ish, minimally tannic oaky, slightly yeasty fruity and minimally peppery, yeasty spicy, hints of oak, red apple, yellow apple, a touch of green wood and rum. Watery texture, dry, minimally astringent palate, medium to coarse, prickly carbonation. Balanced and refreshing, slightly overcarbonated - OK.
