The wort of this beer looks radio active. Pale, wheaty and green tinted from a post boil hop burst.
After a short and efficient fermentation we dry-hop it as many times as it takes and carbonate it softly.
We love brewing beer, thinking about beer, dreaming about beer, talking about beer, breathing beer, changing beer, exchanging beer etc.
Chill it perfectly and crush it deductively.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy light golden with white head. Aroma of drain, some citrus, pine needles, some medicine. Tastes bitter with quite some sweetness. Medium bodied, dry mouthfeel, bitter finish.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Hazy pale yellow colour, moderate white head. Zesty / citrussy hoppy aroma. Light bodied for its strength. The medium dry flavour is also dominated by zesty / citrussy hops, with a fairly sharp bitter finish.

Thank you! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ Gollem. Quite hazy orange, huge soapy white head. Nose is doughy, big heavy, low soap, touch fermenting fruit. Lively bit soapy, touch empty doughy with white pepper, okay, grape, grass but touch soapy, lemon. Bit empty, lively, soapy. Not hugely hoppy but clear amount of hops, rather the hop doesn’t explode due to the rest of the beer. Okay-ish but one would expect more from Omnipollo.

Bottle from Pivný raj Hazy yellow with white head. Aroma of citruses and some wet socks. Tastes some yeasty, but hops beat the shit out of this attempt and they support it also with long bitter finish. Very good.

Tap at Salon Piva. Hzy pale color with medium white head. Tropical fruits in nice aroma. Solid malty base followed by nice hoppy bitterness with tropical fruits, oranges, zest, pines. Highly drinkable beer.

on tap at Salon Piva BA. Aroma: rich and juicy - mango, grapefruit, pine. Taste: juicy with mango, grapefruit, resins and light to medium malty base. Highly drinkable, excellent.

Tap at 100 piv. Hops centered, high attenuation, lots of bitterness and loads of juicy pineapple exotic hoppy goodness. Slightly grassy zesty sharp edge. The impression of body and sweetness coming is there enough to support the hops, not more. Very good.
