The wort of this beer looks radio active. Pale, wheaty and green tinted from a post boil hop burst.
After a short and efficient fermentation we dry-hop it as many times as it takes and carbonate it softly.
We love brewing beer, thinking about beer, dreaming about beer, talking about beer, breathing beer, changing beer, exchanging beer etc.
Chill it perfectly and crush it deductively.

Draught at Row 34, 2/22/17.
Bright copper-tinged-golden body is moderately hazy with a smattering of rocky, white head atop.
Fruity in the nose with a good blend of tropical, moderately juicy fruits and more straightforward lemon and orange-rind citrus-like notes. Crackery malts in the background with a good leafy, fresh, spiciness and no alcohol, flaw or any real resinous character.
In the mouth it’s very dry, with somewhat loose carbonation and lots of cracker-like maltiness. Hops are lightly juicy but tend towards more grapefruit and lemon as the beer progresses with a substantial but not overdone bitterness. A little bit sloppy with light cat and lots of grain, sweat, yeast. Carbonation is very unfocused, which creates the biggest problem, here. A tight carbonation would focus/concentrate the hop flavor better. Still, there’s nothing wrong with it and it’s not resinous, although it’s still very citrusy.

Tap at Gambrinus. Pours a hazy, milky muted gold with a finger of creamy head that lingers. Huge crushed and dried pineapple/mango nose. Light bodied, abv hidden immaculately. Lots of tropical fruit on the palate. Super creamy, like a yogurt drink almost. Bone dry and bitter finish. Love it.
