The wort of this beer looks radio active. Pale, wheaty and green tinted from a post boil hop burst.

After a short and efficient fermentation we dry-hop it as many times as it takes and carbonate it softly.

We love brewing beer, thinking about beer, dreaming about beer, talking about beer, breathing beer, changing beer, exchanging beer etc.

Chill it perfectly and crush it deductively.

Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a murky yellow peach color with a large fluffy yellow-white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was faint with chalk, vague citrus and a touch of medicine. The flavor was dry and chalky with perfume and citric acid. Long perfume and citric acid finish. Medium body. Not good.

On tap at Max’s Rare and Obscure 2016, pours a very muddy, milky gold with some tight, white head. Nose has grass, straw, lots of flower pollen, some muddled tropical fruits, something gristy - almost porridge like, that fresh cream thing that happens with Galaxy hops. Flavor has pineapple, guava, honey comb, creamy sweetened grits, some corn, grass, perfume, flowers. chrysanthemum. Finishes creamy, fruity, lightly bitter.

Beer and Smoke, Brooklyn bottle: pours hazy orange yellow with a white head. Aroma is funk, banana, tropical fruits, some crazy hops. Taste is not very bitter. Light sweetness. Sort of dry yet juicy finish. Interesting and quite good.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass; no bottle dating, but is a recent release. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with some light streaming carbonation. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, mango, melon, berry, lemon zest, orange peel, light pepper/pine, cracker, bread, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of bright/juicy citrus/tropical hops and light-moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, mango, melon, berry, lemon zest, orange peel, light pepper, pine, cracker, bread, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine/citrus rind/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, mango, melon, berry, lemon/orange peel, pepper, pine, cracker, bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of bright/juicy citrus/tropical/pine hops and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero astringent hop flavors lingering after the finish. Moderate dryness from bitterness; lightly increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp/sticky/resinous, and creamy/grainy balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.2%. Overall this is an awesome IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of bright/juicy citrus/tropical/pine hops and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink for the ABV. A highly enjoyable offering.

Taster pour from the Craft Beer Cellar, Clayton. Appearance is a lot like lemonade--cloudy, yellow-green (maybe mix of champagne and lemonade), with minimal white ring of head. Aroma is citrus, pine, mild tropical fruit. Taste is bitter pine, citrus with some tart at the finish. Palate is medium bodied with thin texture, average-to-lively carbonation with mix of bitter/tart finish. Overall, strong pine and bitter with some other nice attributes but not firing on all cylinders.

Draft pour pint at Special Brews. Thick pale yellow pour with a thin fizz head. Orange fruit and grassy hop aroma. Flavor is dominant with dank hops, orange peel bitter, and juicy orange fruit. Clean and cool orange finish. Can’t stop drinking this. So good.
