(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, orangey golden with a huge, rough and bubbly, white head. Lots of yeast and diacetyl in the aroma and some banana. Medium body with a fairly high carbonation and some sweet banana notes. There’s a distinct yeastiness and lots of diacetyl. The finish is dry. Hefe is a diffucult style to make a great brew of, but for a tiny brewery this is not at all a bad attempt. 190208
