(On tap) Clear, golden with a small, white head. Lightly tart apply aroma. Medium in body - again these fairly distinct apple notes that mostly reminds me of a cider really. The alcohol really shows in the finish. A very unusual beer that’s hard to categorize. The brewery claims that unofficially it actually holds 7.4% ABV. 080208
