Draft. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of ginger and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of ginger and malt. Not enough ginger for me.

(On tap) Clear golden with a bubbly, dissipating, white head - I guess ginger isn’t good for head retention? Distínct aroma of ginger. Medium-bodied with lightly sweet citrus and ginger notes. Dry finish with a spicy and tangy ginger bite. 300108
