(Bottle 33 cl) Clear - almost crystal clear - completely missing any head. Fresh, lightly perfumy aroma with the apples being fairly discreet. Light in body with a rather high carbonation. Dry - very dry - and tart apple notes, although they don’t really shine through. Tart finish. 290108
