Draft. A nut-brown beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel, as well as lighter notes of roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of caramel as well as medium notes of malt, nuts, and butterscotch, as well as hints of coffee, leading to a dry and lightly roasted finish.

(Plastic handbottle from the brewery 130 cl) Pours a beautiful, clear, warm, orangey brown with a creamy, beige head. Lightly roasted, coffeeish aroma. Medium body with hard roasted, coffeeish malt. Dry, lightly bitter finish. A classic NZ Dark Ale, hence close to a light English Porte - just sweeter. 250108
