(swing top bottle, 100cl, gushing) Hazy, amber colour with a huge, slightly off-white frothy head. Sweet and distinctively nutty malty aroma with nettle-like spices. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively, almost fizzy carbonation. Nutty and yeasty taste with accents of cara-malt; medium-dry nutty and cara-malty finish. 07.X.08

Bügelverschlußflasche (10 dl): deep golden to light amber coloured with a huge fluffy and stable off-white head; moderate caramelly-nutty nose with a touch of "Woody" hops; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, quite light bodied for a beer of 5.3%; light to moderate nutty-hoppy finish. A goody..........

2007-11-02, Papsoe Blind Tasting
Cloud light amber color; big head. Aroma of grains, a bit breadish too. Medium body, some sweetness, some malt flavor. Not bad, but too simple.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, amber golden with a lively, off-white head leaving some lacework. Sweetish, malty nose. Medium-bodied with a very soft mouthfeel. Sweetish grainy with a very discreet bitterness. Nice and quaffable. 021107

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, while the flavor besides being sweet malty and with notes of caramel also has light notes of spices. The alcohol burns slightly in the throat.
