Hazy blond color. Aroma of sage and fruits, rosemary, peach; also flowery. Quite smooth texture, fresh, flowery, a bit herbal, light note of crispy malt. Weird but pleasant.

(On tap) Slightly hazy golden with a dense, white head leaving laces. Somewhat sweet malty, nose. Medium body with extremely sweet malt - and perhaps I do sense the added roses. The finish is very soft without the usual brutal Apollo bittering hops. Actually this unusual beer leaves a somewhat soapy, sweet feel on my palate. 140407

Draft. A hazy light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet - at first with notes of brewmash, yeast, and esters, then comes notes of roses and honey. The esters is a draw back, but I like the rose note. The flavor is sweet and again to start off with notes of esters and citrus, but then the roses comes in abundance, leading to a spicy end. The carbonation is very soft. All in all a lovely refreshing and different summer beer. I like the innovation with the rose leaves.
