Bügelverschlußflasche. Amber, hazy to cloudy, small to mid-sized off-white head. Bananas and vegetables in the dark-malty nose. Moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, quite smooth. Sweet-fruity, almost a bit vinous finish with shy traces of a toasty bitterness in the aftertaste. Not great, but all in all decent..................

(swing top bottle) Cloudy, dark amber colour with a big, light-beige foamy head. Aweet and moderately toasty and wheaty malt aroma with delicate notes of caramel, vanilla and a rather subtle fruity touch. Medium-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Wheaty and slightly toasty malty taste with light notes of caramel and apricots; sweet and minimal sour-tart finish with a tinge of bitterness and phenolic spice. Decent (26.X.08).

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, amber golden with a dense and stable, off-white head. Aroma of yeast and a whiff of butter. Medium body with accents of yeast and banana with some acidity and a surprisingly bitter finish. 291206

Bottled. An unclear orange-brown beer with a huge tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of wheat, but also light notes of straw. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of wheat and caramel as well as light notes of banana. The mouthfeel is very smooth.
