(bottle, bought in Hirschaid at Franky´s Getränkemarkt) Clear, mahogany colour with a mid-sized tanned foamy head. Sweet and a bit papery toast-malty aroma, slightly nutty with notes of cacao and a whiff of herbal hops. Sweet, almost a bit sugary flavour, toasty malty taste with notes of dried fruits and a touch of cardboard; light bodied with a moderate carbonation; sweetish, malt-accented finish. Not convincing.

Bottled. A golden beer with a nice orange head. The aroma is sweet mlaty with light notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, leading to a dry and slightly bitter finish with a touch of roasted malt.

Dark amber color. Beer based on the caramel, with a dry and thin mouthfeel andalso cereals taste. Too obvious.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a beautiful, clear, orangey brown with a nice, off-white head leaving laces. Lightly sweet aroma of caramel. Medium body with sweet notes of roasted malt. Discreet, hoppy finish. A pleasant, light Dunkel. 071106

Bottle: Dark amber coloured, small, but stable off-white head; delicate sweetish-caramelly nose with fruity traces of almonds and hazelnuts, toasted malt, too; light, quite dry bitter flavour; slightly sweetish, but mainly dry fruity and dark-malty finish with a little bitterness in the very end. Light bodied, but tasty.....................
