(bottle, as Rudis Hofbier Bernstein-Dunkel, 5.2% abv) Clear, dark amber to chestnut-brown with a dense and tanned mid-sized foamy head. Slightly toasted malty aroma with notes of toffee, leaves and shy hints of herbal hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Dark and moderately toasted malty aroma with notes of burnt caramel and herbal hops; medium-dry sweet-bitter toasty and slightly hoppy finish. Likeable Dunkel. 06.II.12

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with a light touch of hops, but the body is thin.

(Siphon bottle 200 cl) Pours a beautiful, clear orangey brown with a dense, off-white head. Malty, sweetish aroma. Medium-bodied, sweetish malty without much bitterness. Quite pleasant. 221006
