Our little baby's all growns up! Rudy has had his hand in every part of the brewing process for a while now, but this is the first time we've worked together on a recipe.
We tried to keep this beer as light, dry, and crisp as possible to leave you with something that can only be described as Simple & Clean.

Can from source: pours super pale with white head. Aroma is ricy and bready. Taste is lightly sweet but fairly dry. Super easy to drink.
