Bottle 750ml.Clear medium to light dark amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, wheat ! smoke, paper ! Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, tart, smoked, meat, sour, wheat - paper ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130223]

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a hazy amber with an off-white head. Greasy Bamberg smoke aroma. Light body, lactic tartness, some spices and again some smoke. An abomination. 230213

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is vegetable. Fruity, citric and crisp. Mild citric. Fruity, tart and citric. Dry and crisp finish. Mild smoked finish.

Hazy dark amber color with red shades, small head. Mild aroma of smoke, paper and what. Lean mouthfeel, some flavor of smoke and chestnut, unfortunately also some acidity: this beer is infected.
