West Coast DIPA
pine, blueberry, lemon peel
Teaming up with our buddies over at Taproom Beer Co., this double west coast IPA is brewed with golden promise malt, hopped with Rakau, Simcoe 702, Citra Cryo, Mosaic and CTZ. Bursting with notes of pine, blueberry, lemon peel and a touch of OG dankness, we think this beer is as much fun to drink as it was to brew. Big thanks to the Taproom gang for coming out to brew with us, keeping us laughing the whole time and for liking the same weird albums we do.

Pint can pours with a crystal clear copper colored body that has thin golden hues and supports a white head. The modest aroma offers up tangelo, pineapple, a dash of peach and then a faint berry note. The taste delivers nice hop bitterness amidst a central slick malt sweetness. Like the nose I'm getting citrusy tangelo to tangerine, a bit of pineapple and then a blend of berry, mango and cantaloupe. Pretty nice.
